Situated in Valley Stream, Long Island, Green Acres Mall does not look very "green". While not very attractive from the outside, Green Acres benefits from excellent demographics and location. Barlen developed a concept that took advantage of the mall's name while establishing its major strenghts (location, demos, etc). The result is a very rich looking brochure that effectively draws retailers into Green Acres Mall.

This is one of several mall leasing brochures that Barlen created for this owner. Capitalizing on a unique sculpture in the mall (in this case "The Boy and the Bear"), Barlen designed a versatile and attention-getting design that has proven to be very effective. This presentation involved a unique side-loading brochure/folder as well as side-stepped inserts to provide an easily updated, yet very complete professional leasing package.
